My Background and Approach
I am a Certified TFCBT therapist on the National registry. I have years of experience working with children-adults who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, grief, emotional abuse and neglect. I am also Certified in PC CARE through UC Davis. I can help you navigate those intense feelings and help get you to a place of healing. There is no one stop shop, I treat with different modalities depending upon your history and needs.
