I am a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist that is certified on the National registry. I have worked with children-adults who have experienced some sort of abuse or trauma in their life. If you have been struggling or avoiding what you have experienced, reach out. You matter.

Anxiety and all the associated triggers and triggering can feel overwhelming. There are three three types of stress: positive (the good kind, got a new job type and excited), tolerable (the work stressors but nothing to serious), and toxic (the constant, this feels too big and heavy and can't get away fast enough but still present). I am a certified TFCBT therapist on the National Registry. I have many years of experience specializing in sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and neglect.

In person centered we will discuss your needs and concerns and ways you can better manage or work through what you need.

In CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy, we will work on what you can control and what you can do in in order to work on anxiety, trauma, depression, or whatever situations you are experiencing that is difficult in your life.
