I enjoy working with women of all ages. I am especially drawn to those who are striving to establish boundaries for themselves. This might show up in an environment of work, romance, marriage, aging parents, raising children, co-parenting with an ex-partner, or navigating an open adoption. The list goes on. I can help you explore your experience and your self and find where you have lost sight of yourself.
My Background and Approach
I have an eclectic approach that involves family history, attachment style, the impact of trauma, and your own unique temperament and personality. I will work with you to develop a unique approach that provides room to investigate your story, while also learning new techniques that can bring relief and change the ending of your story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that this world is made up of beautiful yet flawed humans, and these beautiful and flawed humans wind up hurting each other, even when they do not intend to do so. I also believe in grace, and mercy, and forgiveness, and healing. There is nothing so breath taking as to see two beautiful and flawed humans reach out to each other with forgiveness and love and acceptance. I can assure you that I have experienced my share of pain and brokenness, and I have inflicted more than my share of hurt. However, I have also had the honor of extending grace and the humble joy of receiving forgiveness. In my office there is no judgement or accusation.
