We work together to sort through the messy parts, make sense of the chaos and create your calm with your unique toolbox. You can learn your own confidence, resourcefulness, self-advocacy and connection through therapy.
My Background and Approach
We work together to develop your unique tools to copy with anxiety, procrastination, stress, burnout, and adulting changes. We collaborate on tools and resources that best fit your needs and I support you through the ebb and flow of the everyday and the mental health moments, hurdles and crisis moments as you build your strength and confidence in your adulting humanness. In my 10 years of experience as a counselor, working with young adults and millennials grow through the adulting hurdles and identity challenges, through friendship, family and career - the space in the counseling arena is yours. My passion is helping young adults feel confident in their ability to listen to their intuition, make sense of what's going on and put in place the tools and strategies that work best for them so they can feel connected and confident each step of the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Adulting with mental health doesn't have to be intimidating. It doesn't have to be something you go through alone. I believe people are capable of change and growth, and with a secure support system they can explore their thoughts, mindsets, patterns, ideals, values and everything in between so they can make the changes they wish to see in their lives and relationships.
