My background and specialities are anxiety, depression, loss and grief. I am also here to talk about any personal issues you want to talk about.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am interested in working with clients who need help with anxiety, depression, loss and grief work. I offer in-person and Telehealth counseling sessions. I am here to help you with your overall health and happiness. We will work together to make life better for you. I'm interested in you as the client and I will work on whatever you need. I take a supportive approach to counseling. I like to listen to my clients and help and push where needed. In the end, it is your time and I will work with you on whatever you would like to work on in our sessions. Listening is an important part of my approach. I genuinely feel each session is your time and dedicated just to you.
