About My Clients
I offer telehealth therapy services to adult women located in Florida, Idaho, and Colorado. My specialties include trauma (including domestic violence and sexual violence), grief and loss, low self-esteem, addiction, and life transitions. How I Can Help You
I have learned, over my 14 years as a counselor, that everyone is unique. I believe people deserve treatments that are customized to them. Our sessions together will use strategies tailored specifically to your needs. I use an integrative counseling approach with my clients, which means I intentionally combine a variety of techniques to use in sessions. I have been trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also love incorporating creative interventions in my sessions like art, books, videos, etc. My goals are that you feel safe, seen, and heard. You and I will work together to establish what your therapy goals are and how we go about achieving those goals. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.
