About My Clients
You love your partner, but lately it feels like you’re more disconnected than connected. The same arguments keep coming up, communication feels difficult, and conversations leave one or both of you feeling unheard or misunderstood. You’re struggling to navigate trust, boundaries, intimacy, or a major life transition together. I’m here to help you understand the patterns beneath your conflicts, communicate more effectively, and create a stronger, more connected relationship.
My Background and Approach
I can help whether you’re working through a current challenge or hoping to strengthen your relationship for the future. I work with couples, adults, families, and teens. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in psychodynamic therapy, the Gottman Method, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a focus on self-understanding and personal growth. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships to build greater self-awareness, connection, and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing starts with feeling understood, and I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can grow, better understand yourself, and build a life that feels true to who you are. I see clients in person at our Hoboken office and by telehealth for NJ residents. Anchor Therapy is out-of-network, and we give superbills so you can file for reimbursement with your insurance company. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
