About My Clients
Many of my clients feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or emotional stress, and wonder why they keep returning to the same struggles. Some feel as though something is “wrong” with them or find themselves living emotionally tied to the past. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help clients better understand themselves, heal, and move toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
With over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional stress, and addiction-related struggles. I help clients develop a healthier relationship with anxiety so it no longer feels like it controls their lives. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on meeting clients where they are with compassion, understanding, and without judgment. I also support clients in healing from past and present emotional wounds that may continue to impact relationships, self-worth, and daily life. I am trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, and I strive to create a safe space where clients can better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and move toward a more emotionally fulfilling life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing and change are possible for every person, no matter where they are in life. I strongly believe in the healing power of 12-step communities and understand the impact addiction can have on individuals, families, and relationships through personal experiences with family members and friends. I value compassion, second chances, and meeting people where they are without judgment. I also believe each person has a unique purpose and path in life, and that living a meaningful and emotionally fulfilling life is possible.
