About Our Clients
Our clients are adults who've suspected ADHD for years, finally have a diagnosis that still doesn't explain everything, or are starting to wonder if autism is part of the picture too. They're often the capable one, holding everything together while quietly running on empty underneath. Many have been dismissed before or handed advice that didn't stick. They want real clarity, language for what they've been living, and support from someone who gets it, clinically and personally.
Our Background and Approach
Our team includes a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and ADHD-CCSP certified clinician, licensed in Texas and New Mexico. We specialize in adult ADHD and AuDHD, the co-occurrence of ADHD and autism, from both clinical training and lived experience. Our approach is collaborative, affirming, and practical. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a clinical one. We look at what's actually happening in your life, your patterns, your history, your week, and test small, specific changes instead of prescribing blanket solutions. If something doesn't work, that's not a failure. That's data. We work with adults who've been trying harder than everyone around them and still feeling behind. Whether you're exploring evaluation for the first time, have a diagnosis you never fully understood, or are starting to wonder if autism is part of the picture, our practice is built to hold the whole thing. Not just part of it. Telehealth only, TX and NM.
Why We Started this Group Practice
Rising Perspective Counseling started in 2020 because the practice we needed didn't exist. Victoria came to this work through her own story. Years of holding everything together without realizing her brain had been working twice as hard without the right framework. Her ADHD identification came in 2023. Her AuDHD picture came into focus after that. Each piece reframed everything she thought she knew about herself and her clients. El Paso is geographically isolated. Resources are limited. The gap between what people need and what's actually available is exactly why RPC exists. We built this for adults who've spent years wondering why things feel harder than they should. Real answers. Support that fits.
