About My Clients
I work with women and mothers facing perinatal mental health challenges, including postpartum anxiety, depression, and OCD, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, and high-risk pregnancies. Many feel overwhelmed, isolated, or like they have to keep it all together on the outside. I offer a deeply relational, trauma-informed space where you can gently regulate your nervous system, learn tools, process grief, and reconnect with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate specializing in perinatal and maternal mental health. My clinical background spans intensive eating disorder treatment (residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient) and years of supporting individuals navigating complex relationships with food, body image, and trauma. I now focus my work on women and mothers across the perinatal journey, including pregnancy loss, infant loss, TFMR, high-risk pregnancies, birth trauma, NICU experiences, and postpartum anxiety and depression. My experience also includes extensive trauma-informed care and the integration of body-based approaches like Brainspotting, which allows us to gently process what feels overwhelming without relying solely on talking or intellectualizing. This can be especially supportive when grief, trauma, or anxiety feels “stuck” in the body. I offer a space where your experience is deeply understood & where healing can unfold at your pace—anchored in relationship & clinical expertise.
