About My Clients

The women I work with are often thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, yet something no longer feels right. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship changes, perimenopause or midlife, an empty nest, grief, or a shifting sense of identity. Perhaps you understand your patterns but still feel stuck in them. Therapy can offer space to explore what is changing beneath the surface and reconnect with who you are becoming.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist supporting individuals through emotional, relational, and life transitions. My work is depth-oriented, relational, and integrative. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, I help clients explore the patterns, experiences, relationships, and deeper emotional themes that may be shaping how they feel and move through the world. My approach draws from attachment theory, family systems, IFS-informed work, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, EMDR, and transpersonal psychology. I believe insight is important, but meaningful change often asks us to go beyond understanding and develop a different relationship with ourselves. Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized, creating space for both practical support and deeper exploration of identity, relationships, meaning, and the person you are becoming.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is not simply about becoming less anxious, less overwhelmed, or more functional. Sometimes our symptoms are invitations to listen more closely to what is happening beneath the surface. A life transition, relationship struggle, or period of uncertainty can become a doorway into deeper self-understanding. I believe we carry stories shaped by our families, relationships, culture, and experiences, but we are not limited by them. Therapy can help us recognize what we have inherited, what we have learned to protect, and what may no longer belong in the life we are creating. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to accompany you as you listen more deeply to yourself. I value curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and the wisdom of both mind and body. Ultimately, I see therapy as a process of coming into a more conscious, connected, and authentic relationship with yourself.
