Do you want to live happily, courageously and wholeheartedly? My passion is helping people live braver lives by showing up, being present and leaning into their joy. The goal is to help you develop self-compassion and become more resilient so life's challenges (which are inevitable) become easier to navigate. I aim to take you from surviving to thriving.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 1998 and my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Arizona State University in 2003. I began my career working with some of the nation’s top addiction and recovery experts at The Meadows, a renowned private inpatient treatment facility in Wickenburg, Arizona. There, I specialized in trauma resolution in the areas of substance abuse, love addiction, sexual compulsivity, and codependency. Currently I incorporate multiple therapeutic approaches including Somatic Experiencing®, The Daring Way™, A Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy® (PACT), and Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience (DARe).
