About My Clients
In telehealth treatment, I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, history of trauma, adjustment disorder, and women's health issues. I treat persons over the age of 18 years old. Sometimes a client's history of treatment and history of symptoms/diagnoses will not be eligible to see me for a telehealth appointment. I may be able to provide treatment services for this client once I have a brick-and-mortar practice location.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience in delivering medication management services (psychopharmacological interventions) peppered with a liberal dose of psychotherapeutic interventions. My practice is predominantly medication management oriented. I do not believe that medications alone are sufficient for most symptom constellations. I deem that sometimes medications are not the right choice at all. I espouse a collaborative approach in the therapeutic relationship. I cannot solve anyone's problems. I aim to accompany someone on their journey as they discover their desired outcomes. In addition, I want to collaborate with other providers who are treating a client under my care.
