About My Clients
Are you trying to understand who you are beneath everyone else's expectations? Do you find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, questioning your self-worth, or carrying experiences from the past that still shape your present? Whether you're an adolescent, emerging adult, adult, or older adult, you don't have to navigate these questions alone. Together, we can create a space where curiosity replaces judgment, and creativity becomes a medium for insight.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to a strengths-based, person-centered approach that recognizes my clients as the experts of their own lived experiences. I see my role as a supportive witness, walking alongside them as they discover their strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward their goals. I have experience as an art therapy intern facilitating individual and group sessions at Counseling in Schools and HeartShare's Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic. In addition to my Master's in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts, I hold a BFA in Visual Arts from Columbia University.
