About My Clients

I work with adults navigating life transitions, identity, relationships, trauma, stress, anxiety, and the impact of systems and experiences that can leave people feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. I especially value working with clients who are seeking greater self-understanding, agency, and alignment with their values. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My holistic lens offers whole body wellness experiences.

My Background and Approach

I’m an AuDHD therapist, trauma therapist, sex therapist, and clinical supervisor with a deeply relational, affirming, and strengths-based approach. Before becoming a clinician, I spent 14 years working in the nonprofit sector supporting survivors of sexual exploitation. That experience continues to inform my commitment to trauma-informed care, safety, autonomy, and honoring each person’s lived experience. My clinical work often focuses on trauma, sexuality, relationships, neurodivergence, and the intersections of neurodivergence and chronic illness. As an AuDHD therapist, I bring lived experience and professional expertise to understanding the ways neurodivergence can shape identity, relationships, sexuality, burnout, and experiences within healthcare and other systems. As a clinical supervisor, I support clinicians in developing confidence, clinical depth, self-awareness, and an authentic professional identity. My goal is to create spaces where people feel safe to be more human.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I hold a bias that humanity holds great goodness and that choice, consent and creativity are essential frameworks of a life marked by wellness. As a queer neurodivergent clinician, I appreciate the diversity that exists in individuals, families & communities, and value entering into these spaces with curiosity, knowing that this brings more opportunity for growth and authentic meaningful connection. I believe that life is not meant to be done in isolation. I believe that rest, play and pause are essential life-givers. I bellieve in the power of surrounding oneself with voices of present and historical wisdom as a way to nurture and feed healthy internal dialog. I believe that words, art and music have the power to heal exponentially and that the body speaks volumes of wisdom to us, when we undertand its language. I believe in protecting voice and choice in ways that honor a person's values and essence. I believe that this work is about healing through truth telling, progressively.
