I personally have ADHD and have done many trainings in treating ADHD. I know how difficult it can be to struggle with something you cannot physically see. I primarily use CBT techniques and person centered approaches. I have several resources to help understand and manage your ADHD symptoms.
I have several years of experience working with individuals with depressive disorders. I utilize positive psychology and CBT techniques to help you manage your symptoms of depression. Depression is one of the hardest things to experience but I do my best to make you enjoy life again.
