About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with your mood, or navigating a difficult life transition? Maybe past experiences are affecting how you see yourself, your relationships, or your daily life. I especially enjoy working with adult women who are ready to better understand patterns that may be holding them back, strengthen their emotional well-being, and feel more confident navigating the challenges in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adults in both community mental health and private practice settings. Throughout my career, I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress management, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I believe therapy should be tailored to you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing while developing practical skills that fit your life. My goal is for you to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself and greater confidence in your ability to cope with challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, feel heard without judgment, and take things at your own pace. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting each person where they are. I believe we all have strengths and resilience that can help us navigate difficult seasons, and I enjoy helping clients recognize and build on those strengths. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading and making time for the things that help me recharge. I hope to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and comfortable bringing your whole self to therapy.
