About My Clients

Does navigating life challenges feel incredibly difficult or discouraging? Does relating to others feel fraught? There might be a small part of you that knows it can be better, but you may not be sure how to feel more capable and secure. If you are ready to shift this patterning, I can help.

My Background and Approach

I work with clients to help them understand how their unique history of experiences might be informing current functioning. I believe that humans innately know what is best for them but many have been separated from this knowing as a result of challenges, relationships, or societal messaging. We will work together to identify where this separation originated and track its course. We will look at how defenses may have developed to counteract the discomfort of this separation and to protect an individual, but how they may be preventing personal growth. My approach is warm and honest. I invite you to schedule a consultation to see if I might be the right person to assist you in the rediscovery of your true self.
