My approach to psychotherapy is based on cultivating your innate goodness. Have you gotten disconnected from your worth? I practice in a flexible, strengths-based style and utilize evidence-based techniques. I commit to a small caseload of clients in order to provide focused, thorough, efficient support. I will check in with you about how you are experiencing me and our work together to ensure that we are making progress toward your goals - and I will help you formulate those goals so that you are clear on what you are getting out of therapy.
