About My Clients
My experience includes working with people who are experiencing a variety of concerns, from those who have survived complex trauma to those that need support in managing the stressors of day to day life. Through individualized person-centered care I will work with you to create a supportive relationship that will allow us to face the problems you are experiencing and find a pathway to healing.
My Background and Approach
Our time together will be rooted in partnership. My style is collaborative, approachable and creative. I adapt modalities to fit what works best for you. I practice with an anti-discrimination, anti-oppression and anti-racist orientation and always aim to be gender, culture and body affirming. You can expect to leave therapy with the tools and confidence that you need to face the challenges that brought you in initially. My specialties include working with LGBTQIA+ clients and clients needing support with anxiety, depression, trauma, foster/adoptive parenting, PTSD, substance abuse, addiction, life transitions, and grief.
