About My Clients
I specialize in therapy for individuals 12+ navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault in Colorado Springs, CO and the Western Slope. I offer a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients, individuals from fringe or nontraditional lifestyles, and members of military, veterans, and helper communities. My sub-specialties include religious trauma, sex work, stress, Financial shame or trauma, Incarceration, sleep issues, healthy relationships.

My approach is affirming, Client-centered, integrative for unique needs and grounded in respect for you. I collaborate closely with you to create a personalized treatment plan, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to support your healing and growth. Basically, I’m of the belief that you are the expert of your story and I deeply value you and your wisdom.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone should be seen and cared for how they are and with a lens of the rest of their lives around them so that we are approaching things to actually meet your needs. I think that everyone, especially therapist need therapy. I think that trauma is abundant and has caused so much pain and we've learned things from it that we either need to process, change or both. Change is also not what I want but what you want. I think therapy is a safe but real space. I think therapy done right is hard to find but well worth the effort. People need to feel seen, heard and actually connect to their therapist for therapy to get the results you want and I believe in always striving for that. I also think things need to be flexible as a client needs them and that an integrative approach is best.
