About My Clients
I specialize in working with anxious, overwhelmed, burned out moms (and moms-to-be), who have high expectations for themselves and are generally doing a way better job than they feel they are doing. My clients (much like myself) have perfectionistic, people-pleasing tendencies and want to be at their best at work, home, community, school, etc. But let’s be honest, this can leave us cranky and exhausted!
My Background and Approach
Together we can help you find balance, by identifying unique strategies that work for YOU and YOUR FAMILY. No more comparing to other mamas and what works for them! We can learn to safely lower some expectations, set healthy boundaries, and soften the inner critic. We’ll heal from the inside and find healthy ways to cope on the outside. I utilize evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I can’t wait for you to find the real you in motherhood, become confident in how you mother or work, and love the life you’re building!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
A little more about me...I am a wife, mother, and coffee and travel lover. I have a Christian background, but have lots of experience and love working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. I am a highly sensitive person and have helped many mamas navigate how this trait impacts parenting! My own experience of a difficult pregnancy and postpartum led me to working with moms on a variety of pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and professional issues.
