About My Clients

I support those navigating life transitions, identity, and emotional overwhelm. My work is trauma-informed, rooted in social justice, and guided by a respect for each client's lived experience.

My Background and Approach

I offer a nonjudgemental space for all, including clients experiencing anxiety, are neurodivergent, seeking help with relationships, or are new/expecting parents. My work is trauma-informed, rooted in social justice, and guided by a respect for each client's lived experience. My approach utilizes DBT, Polyvagal Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and/or IFS, depending on your presenting concerns. I specialize in maternal/perinatal mental health, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, anxiety disorders, and relationship & sex therapy - including polyamory and ENM.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer therapist, it is my goal to create a welcoming and safe environment for my clients to be their authentic selves. Having my clients feel heard, as well as have a space to explore their emotions is a significant goal within my practice.
