About My Clients
I work with children (3 and up), teens, and adults. I provide therapy through a holistic lens, engaging in talking, learning, and sometimes with play or art. I have worked with a variety of individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, medical trauma, and life-stressors. I provide an integrative and collaborative space.
My Background and Approach
Our daily lives can make us feel overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, or that we are simply ‘going through the motions.’ Life can be messy, and sometimes we need a little extra support to keep going. I try to offer a space through counseling that is warm, comforting, safe, collaborative, and free of judgement. In person or online, we can work together to create new goals, understand your feelings and yourself more, and work towards feeling more in control. I am located in-person in the Uptown Biltmore Phoenix area.
