About My Clients
I have experience working with individuals facing substance use disorders and hold a CAADC-DP credential. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, neurodiversity, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation challenges. I am here to support you as you take the next steps toward growth and healing.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is most effective when people feel heard, respected, and supported. That’s why I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I believe in meeting people where they are in life and working collaboratively to help them reach their goals. I have worked in the mental health field since 2021 and have developed a passion for walking alongside individuals as they grow, learn more about themselves, break negative cycles, and create meaningful change in their lives. Therapy can be a space to develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, work toward goals, and improve overall wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person deserves to be treated with respect and compassion. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I value collaboration, authenticity, and meeting individuals where they are, while helping them build on their strengths and work toward meaningful goals.
