About My Clients
I have treated clients in outpatient care (in-person & virtual), schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential programs, S35 commitment facilities, and emergency psychiatric assessments in various environments. My clients are individuals across the gender spectrum—from ages ten to eighty—with a wide range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, adjustment disorders, substance use, co-occurring disorders, interpersonal difficulties and psychotic disorders.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative & interactive, grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. While I bring extensive training & experience in a variety of evidence-based treatment models, I recognize that true progress comes from a strong & trusting connection. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I strive to help my clients deepen their self-awareness, cultivate positive self-regard & develop a sense of balance within themselves & their lives. I view therapy as a partnership in which we work together to identify & shift harmful patterns, fostering healthier ways of coping & communicating. Through this process, we explore the experiences that have shaped you, creating space for growth and transformation. My therapeutic style is eclectic, incorporating psychodynamic principles, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual's needs.
