About My Clients
We are designed for connection, but in we can often find ourselves disconnected from others, and ourselves. Working together we will identify where you are, where you want to be, and what has gotten in the way of the life you want and deserve. We will work together to develop the skills and insight that can help you find and lean into the joy of life amidst the struggles.
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of diverse experience, including work as a doula, with families and children, and various mental health counseling roles I have a breadth of background to allow me to support individuals where they are at on their journey through development of increased understanding, skill building, resource referrals, and an individualized approach.
