My Background and Approach
I actively engage with clients in an easy-to-talk to manner to help the client feel more comfortable in the therapeutic process. While well versed in many traditional counseling, I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Having experienced many different life transitions, it enables me to find a point of connection which helps out clients at ease all while discussing the more difficult topics.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people deserve to seek counseling that is based upon their desired life foundation.. whatever that looks like. I will support self- exploration and self- acceptance.
