I utilize evidence-based approaches to deliver patient-centred and trauma-informed types of care, which are tailored to suit the patient’s needs, goals, and vision. My personal and educational backgrounds have helped me to acquire excellent intercultural communication skills, having practiced nursing across different continents and multiple cultures. I am skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and partnering with patients to select the best treatment options for them. I understand that seeking help for mental health can be daunting, which is why I emphasize empathy, respect, and confidentiality in every interaction. My client-centred approach ensures that individuals feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment plans. I am committed to fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable sharing their experiences and receiving the support they deserve.
