About My Clients
I work with adults and adolescents from all backgrounds who are seeking relief from mental health challenges and striving to build resilience, balance, and lasting well-being, especially in the relationships with those around them.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients to explore who you truly are, understand your relationships and process your life experiences—with the goal of helping you to clarify your values, make meaningful changes, and live a more fulfilling life. I have experience working in business, government and not-for-profits prior to being a therapist. My approach is integrated and person-centered, drawing on training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am British and have lived and worked across Europe, Africa, Asia, and now the U.S., and bring a culturally informed lens and a deep respect for diverse backgrounds and identities. My style is collaborative, informal, and grounded in research and theory. I aim to build a safe, trusting relationship through warmth, humor, and compassion.
