About My Clients
If you're reading this, chances are that you're trying to change an aspect of your life and have had a difficult time making that change on your own. I am someone who can assist in facilitating that change. I provide a very individualized and collaborative approach based on your own needs and goals, whether it be healing from trauma, to deepening relationships in your life, or recovering from addiction.
My Background and Approach
I work with clients (both individuals and couples) who are seeking to reduce the effects that trauma or their past has had on their lives and relationships while simultaneously assisting them to develop their internal landscape to create more preferred experiences. While I offer (and encourage) talk therapy, my primary modality is EMDR.
