About My Clients
My practice centers on creating affirming, compassionate spaces for clients navigating diverse life challenges. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, addressing mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, and helping clients explore self-esteem, communication, and personal growth.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in understanding each person's unique journey. I'm particularly passionate about working with clients experiencing social anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and identity-related challenges. Whether you're struggling with isolation, seeking deeper self-understanding, or working through life transitions, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences and develop meaningful strategies for healing and empowerment. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Welcome—I’m Glad You’re Here You have unlimited potential for growth and healing, no matter what you’ve been through or where you are right now. I see mental health challenges as patterns we’ve learned along the way—and because they’re learned, they can be unlearned and replaced with healthier alternatives. This work is personal to me. I grew up struggling with severe anxiety and depression, but therapy changed my life. I learned skills that helped me take back control. The freedom I feel now is what I hope to help you discover too. A Safe Space for Everyone: I’m deeply committed to inclusivity and respect for all people. I actively show up for the LGBTQ community through marches and advocacy work, and my practice welcomes everyone without judgement. **Ready to get started?** Send me a message to learn more about how we can work together.
