Treatment approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting (BSP), Expressive Processing, and Play Therapy.
