About My Clients

Whether you are processing life transitions, kinship/relationship conflict, identity exploration, or healing from violence, you are not alone. I am here to support you in rebuilding your self-esteem, unpacking feelings of guilt/shame, and foster a stronger sense of self and tenderness. I am sex-positive, kink-allied, and welcome all relationship structures. Thank you for considering me as your therapist, and I look forward to the opportunity to work together.

My Background and Approach

I recognize how the world around us deeply impacts our mental health and I strive to understand health as a collective value. My background in anti-carceral and anti-violence work shapes how I work with clients, centering the importance of building compassion and community. I have witnessed the power that connection holds in bringing forth transformation, and I take a highly relational approach to my work with clients. Through our therapeutic work, we will collaborate to cultivate self-compassion, embrace your authentic self, and utilize your strengths to navigate life's challenges. I believe humor and art to be incredibly therapeutic and hope to include that in the therapeutic space. I will honor all that you bring into session with cultural humility, sensitivity, and the understanding that vulnerability is a strength.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My beliefs are centered around working towards our collective liberation. I am passionate about abolition and strive towards providing anti-carceral mental health care.
