My background is in community mental health. I understand that pain has a way of separating us from ourselves and others, and I believe that we heal best within the context of relationships. I value the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a space where clients can feel truly understood. I offer unconditional positive regard, and firmly believe that even in the most difficult times, all people are doing the best they can with the tools they have.
In the therapy room I offer a place for clients to explore their needs, address their pain, and build self-compassion. I support clients in setting their own goals and effectively working towards measurable relief.
