My Background and Approach
Through my work with clients, I have discovered the transformative power of combining psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches. I believe that gaining self-awareness about our underlying beliefs and conditioning allows us to move forward in a more conscious and empowered manner. Additionally, incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives can bring about a sense of calm and liberation. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds, various racial and ethnic identities, and differing sexual orientations.
