I help by offering a steady, grounded space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay or have everything figured out. Therapy with me is about slowing things down, making sense of what’s going on, and figuring out what actually helps. I mainly work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I offer a collaborative, honest approach. I’ll meet you where you are.
My Background and Approach
My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, acknowledging that everyone's life is influenced by the past. My approach focuses on individual needs, and the use of evidence-based practices, while valuing authenticity and compassion. I utilize many different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Person-Centered and Strength Based Therapy. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.
