About My Clients
I work with adults and families navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, domestic violence, and acculturation concerns. I also support children and teens with peer pressure, self-esteem, and transitions. I value a strengths-based, collaborative approach and feel honored to witness clients’ “aha moments” as they recognize their resilience. Every person is the expert in their own life, and it is a privilege to be part of their journey.
My Background and Approach
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, my work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. I take an integrative, client-centered approach, thoughtfully tailoring treatment to meet individual needs across life stages. I provide services in both English and Spanish to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My work supports clients in addressing emotional, behavioral, and communication challenges through developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, and relationally focused interventions, with the goal of healing and growth.

As a therapist, I believe in the strength and resilience of every individual. I see each person as the expert in their own life, and my role is to create a safe, empathetic space for exploration without judgment. I value the therapeutic relationship as a powerful tool for healing and growth, where self-awareness, self-compassion, and collaboration lead to transformation. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and I am passionate about combating the stigmas surrounding mental health.
