My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with over 10 years of healthcare experience. I hold a Master’s degree in Nursing from UCSF and completed my psychiatry training at Johns Hopkins University. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, and ADHD. My approach combines medication management, therapy, and a holistic focus on well-being, integrating evidence-based practices to support my clients' journeys toward better mental health.
