About My Clients
I work frequently with individuals that desire to gain control over substance use, suffer within the spectrum of anxiety disorders and mood disorders, and that are working through the difficulties that life transitions bring.
My Background and Approach
Throughout my training, I have adopted techniques from many disciplines within the field of systemic therapy. I primarily employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Systems Theory.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In early adulthood I embraced the life of an entrepreneur. This journey brought me many challenges and valuable insights that enhanced my understanding of human lived experiences. To a greater extent, this period heightened my ability to effectively connect and empathize with people of all walks of life. I find this trait critical in establishing a solid and secure therapeutic relationship with a client.
