About My Clients

My Background and Approach
Research shows that your connection with your therapist is the single most important factor that can predict positive outcomes from therapy. With that being said, I come from an attachment-based and family systems perspective. I draw from a variety of modalities depending on your presenting needs: mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, systematic desensitization, and/or spiritual integration. I help individuals break free from the grips of debilitating anxiety. During initial session(s), I assess anxiety symptoms, severity, and contributing factors. After diagnostically identifying how anxiety is showing up, we collaboratively create a treatment plan. I have psychological expertise, but you are the expert on your story and experience. Together, we can be the ultimate dream team!
