About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families ready for meaningful change but feeling overwhelmed by how to get there. I work best with introspective, motivated people eager to explore the "why" behind their patterns. Many reach out when usual coping strategies stop working and they face relationship strain, communication breakdowns, major life transitions, unexpected shifts, or exhausting cycles of anxiety and burnout. Whether navigating adult ADHD, autism, or deep trauma, you don't ha
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my approach is highly collaborative, system-focused, and tailored to the unique way your brain processes the world. With three years of direct psychotherapy experience and an additional two years of specialized behavioral and developmental experience in the autism field, I bridge the gap between deep emotional exploration and practical, real-world strategies. My work is explicitly trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming. This means we move past rigid, old-school compliance models or surface-level coping mechanisms. Instead, we focus on identifying the "why" behind your behavioral patterns, easing nervous system overload, and dismantling the exhausting cycles of masking that lead to burnout and disconnection. Whether working with an individual navigating PTSD or a couple managing a neurodiverse relationship dynamic, we will build a safe, practical path forward toward lasting relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, not a rigid clinical experiment. You are the expert on your own lived experience. My role is to provide a non-pathologizing space where you can safely take off the armor of masking.I believe that neurodivergence—whether adult ADHD or autism—is a natural variation of the human experience to be accommodated and affirmed, not a collection of deficits to be cured or corrected. Similarly, I view trauma and anxiety not as personal failings, but as protective adaptations of a nervous system trying to navigate an overwhelming world.Healing happens when we move away from shame and compliance and move toward self-compassion, relational safety, and systemic alignment. Whoever you are and whatever your background, you don't have to carry the weight alone—you belong here.
