About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or ready for change. My clients may be navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, grief, relationships, parenting, or life transitions. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals and families affected by Autism, developmental disabilities, medical concerns, and caregiver stress. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space while helping you develop practical strategies that fit your life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience in the social work and behavioral health field. My background includes extensive work with individuals and families navigating mental health concerns, developmental disabilities, ADHD, Autism, medical challenges, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based strategies based on each client’s individual needs and goals. I believe therapy should be both a safe place to feel heard and a place where you can learn practical skills to use in everyday life. I work collaboratively with my clients rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we identify what is most important to you, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop realistic steps toward positive change. My goal is to help you feel understood, build confidence in your ability to cope.
