I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 13+ years of experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you. I specialize in trauma-focused care, energy psychology, DBT-informed approaches, and I’m a certified Brainspotting therapist. In our work together, we explore the roots of your challenges and how your environment, culture, and relationships shape your experiences. Using a blend of evidence-based techniques, mindfulness, and creative interventions, I help you process emotions, uncover patterns, and find healthier ways to relate to yourself and others. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and valued, while building self-trust, emotional resilience, and clarity so you can navigate life with greater confidence, balance, and connection.

I believe that healing is most effective when we are seen and treated as whole people—mind, body, and emotions connected.
