This is especially helpful for high-functioning individuals who want accountability and support in navigating decisions or achieving specific goals.

I provide trauma-informed care for clients coping with PTSD from childhood experiences, relational trauma, or acute events. My approach emphasizes safety, emotional regulation, and gradual processing of painful memories. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and interpersonal techniques to help reduce symptoms and restore a sense of agency. Healing from trauma is possible, and I’m here to support you through every step.

I work with men who feel pressure to stay strong, provide, lead, fix problems, and keep moving even when stress, anger, grief, anxiety, or relationship strain are building underneath.
