I work best with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to dig deep and make meaningful change. My ideal clients may be navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or feeling stuck despite “doing all the right things.” Many are high-functioning but overwhelmed, searching for clarity, healing, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

My approach integrates psychodynamic insight, somatic awareness, and evidence-based tools like CBT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families to help uncover root causes, heal from the inside out, and build lives aligned with their values.
