My Background and Approach
I share a passion for self-exploration and am a strong believer in the lifelong journey of healing, acceptance, and growth to becoming better versions of oneself. Although my training is rooted in rehabilitation counseling principles, encompassed with a deep and empathic understanding towards people of all abilities and disabilities, my primary clinical experience extends to working with adults of various ages and levels of insight. I am familiar with a multitude of mental health classes, which include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
