About My Clients
My mission is to help clients transform their pain into an opportunity for self-discovery, healing and empowerment, to ultimately reclaim their voice, purpose, and self-worth. I compassionately welcome individuals who feel silenced, disconnected from loved ones, overwhelmed, lost, or that they "don't belong," as well as people who have experienced bullying, emotional or physical abuse, or struggle with negative body image or a harsh inner critic.
My Background and Approach
I offer practical tools as well as deeper emotional healing to promote lasting change. My approach is compassionate, relational, holistic and grounded in Gestalt, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, mindfulness, and neurological research. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I welcome diversity of all kinds. I was born in Puerto Rico and am multicultural. I understand the complexities that arise with many identities and the challenges inherent in adapting to a new country and culture. I'm also a musician, and enjoy helping individuals access their unique artistic and creative potential, whether through the arts or by embodying their truest expression of Self in everyday life. I also help support clients of all sexual orientations, genders and non-binary individuals. My therapeutic values are grounded in inclusivity, acceptance and compassion.
