About My Clients
Coping with stress, transitions, and life's challenges can be difficult, but it is not one that you have to face alone. I work with individuals all along the lifespan using a person-centered and integrative approach to meet a client's needs. While I work with clients of all ages, I have specialization with child treatment and individuals who have experienced trauma.
My Background and Approach
My focus includes trauma, anxiety, and depression in addition to issues related to life transitions, loss and grief, and stress. I approach sessions with collaboration in mind, focused on your strengths and empowerment and utilize techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care. Sharing your experiences, struggles, and goals in therapy is not an easy process. I strive to create a supportive and safe environment for all clients so that you can begin to build pathways for change and growth.
