I’ve had 3 years of training and over 10 years as a practitioner in Mindfulness. I create a group for teen boys to help them learn what Mindfulness is and how to use it every day to lessen symptoms of anxiety, social phobias, low self esteem, depression.
I have used CBT in many different settings over the past 10 years with training from several agencies.
I have experienced depression myself and I know how debilitating it can be. I have experience working with people who have severe trauma and I can help you dig yourself out of the mud.
I have been diagnosed with OCD, and I understand how exhausting it is to feel the need for compulsions and the perfectionism that can tag along with that.
