About My Clients

I work with clients who want to feel understood, grounded, and supported as they navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity, or life transitions. My ideal clients are thoughtful, curious, and ready to explore the stories that shaped them. I create a warm, culturally aware space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your strength, clarity, and sense of self.

My Background and Approach

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinician and woman of color specializing in anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My approach blends CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Person‑Centered care to help clients understand their patterns, build practical tools, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I tailor treatment with cultural humility and an awareness of generational and systemic influences on mental health. Clients describe my style as warm, collaborative, and grounding. I listen deeply, ask intentionally, and work with you to create meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and more at home within yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is a personal, nonlinear journey shaped by culture, identity, and lived experience. As a woman of color, I’m committed to intersectional, justice‑oriented care and to creating spaces where people feel safe, valued, and respected. I support movements that uplift marginalized communities and advocate for mental‑health access. My own experiences with anxiety, depression, and ADHD inform my empathy and deepen my commitment to this work. I believe people can grow, unlearn, and reclaim their stories—and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they do.
